Ruang Baca Minimalis untuk Menarik Minat Baca Anak-anak

Rumah impian tidak selalu harus mewah. Terkadang sesuatu yang sederhana namun menarik di dalam rumah dapat membuat rumah impian Anda lebih nyaman untuk dihuni. Kali ini saya akan bercerita tentang renovasi ruang baca rumah kami.

Mempunyai perpustakaan sudah menjadi cita-cita Ayah saya sedari dulu. Untuk mewujudkan keinginan tersebut kami mulai mengoleksi banyak buku yang terdiri dari buku anak-anak, agama, pendidikan, novel, psikologi dan lain-lain. Hingga tak terasa, buffet buku sudah tak muat lagi.

Kami pun mulai merenovasi ruang tengah, ruang yang paling luas di rumah untuk menjadi ruang baca yang menarik. Pembatas triplek biasa pun kami ubah menjadi rak serbaguna untuk menampung buku-buku koleksi kami yang sudah tak muat lagi dalam buffet.

Untuk warna, kami pilih warna oranye cerah agar anak-anak tertarik. Setahun terakhir mayoritas anak-anak usia sekolah dasar sering mengunjungi perpustakaan sederhana kami. Ruang tengah dengan batas triplek ini pun telah disulap menjadi perpustakaan kecil yang sederhana dan menarik. Tahun ini saya berniat menambah rak buku panjang yang juga berfungsi sebagai meja di ruang tengah. 😇

Inilah salah satu cara membuat tempat tinggal menjadi lebih nyaman menurutku. Bagaimana definisi tempat tinggal yang nyaman menurutmu?
